This is a log for significant changes to the sites structure and functionality.

There are several reasons for this:

  • Self-Tracking: Helps me document updates and remember past changes, besides my internal project management.
  • Transparency for Readers: Visitors can see what changed and how it might affect navigation or content.
  • Technical Reference: If issues arise after an update, I can trace back to specific changes.
  • Site Evolution: A historical overview of how the site has changed over time.

Work Timeline

  • 2026-09
    • After some time with Projects at SohoLabs I decided to bring them back here and rewrite the pages completely. Added more historical content and moved relevant imagery from the top, down to where it made more sense to have it and not colliding with the page title. In hopefully little time the entire SohoLab concept will become more of the homelab tech site it was always intended to be, while this site, the "root" if you will, adheres to my IT and Web effort.

    • Relmin was renamed Hjallarform and re-implemented to the site. Contact page is now back in business. New spam fighting functionality implemented, both in the form and in backend checks.

    • Remade contact form to updated variant with better security,

    • Minor copy edits and formatting adjustments as content evolves.
    • Adopted final simplified sitelog format.
    • Fixed some div overflow issues on the contact page.

    • Simplified sitelog structure and removed table-based layout. Consolidated sitelog CSS into a single rule set.
    • Continued cleanup of text, captions, metadata, and formatting.
    • Added AdSense as a revenue trial for this site.

    • Improved typography including heading sizes (H5) and paragraph spacing.
    • Continued image credit corrections during content revisions.
    • Replaced earlier contact form solution with a custom-built contact form.

    • Refined card and content block styling (padding, border radius, contrast).
